GOD’S ATTRIBUTES
Allah is the personal name of God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. According to a hadith the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Verily, there are ninety-nine names of Allah.
Allah’s names refer to His attributes which are like titles of Honour and Glory.
Allah! There is no God but He!
To Him belongs the Most Beautiful Names.

God has the Most Excellent Names. Call Him by His Names and keep away from those that pervert them. They shall receive their due for their misdeeds.

Say: 'You may call on God or you may call on the Merciful: by whatever name you call on Him, His are the most gracious names.'
[The Holy Qur’an, Chapter 17:110]
He is God. Besides whom there is no other deity. He knows the unknown and the manifest. He is the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
[The Holy Qur’an, Chapter 59:22]
He is God, besides whom there is no other deity. He is the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One, the Giver of Peace, the Keeper of Faith; the Guardian, the Mighty One, the All powerful, the Most High! Exalted be God above their idols!
